Recruitment process and application tips

We recruit throughout the year and are always seeking talent. We conduct the interview process as a two-way dialogue; it is as much about you finding out about us, as us about you.  The interview process is done over 2-3 stages, initial screening and 2-3 rounds of interviews.

CV screening and numerical reasoning tests

We look forward to reading about the reasons why you wish to apply for a position at Ocean and your achievements so far. For new starters, we also test your numerical and logical skills since these are a paramount for any successful consultant.

Interviews with our case team leaders/directors

We will carry on probing your problem solving skills through some more advanced case studies, but also want to find out about your personal drive and motivation.

Remember these interviews are a two way process so make sure that, at each stage, apart from impressing us, ensure you find out as much as possible about Ocean.
